What is the difference between coaching and consulting/mentorship?

Coaching is about helping you uncover the answers—through deeper reflection, sharp questions, and intentional goal-setting. It’s future-focused and centered around growth that sticks. Consulting is more directive. I step in as a strategic partner to offer guidance, systems, or structure based on experience.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

Most coaching partnerships last 6+ months, depending on your goals. Some clients come in with a big decision or transition and want a focused sprint. Others stay longer as leadership becomes more complex or the stakes rise.

How does coaching work exactly?

We start with a free discovery call to understand what’s on your mind—and where you want to go. If we decide to work together, we’ll meet regularly (usually every 2–3 weeks) for 1:1 sessions over Zoom or in person. Between sessions, I may offer prompts, tools, or reflection questions to keep things moving toward your goals.

Is this just for founders?

Not at all. I work with founders, rising leaders, and mid-career pros who want to lead more effectively or pivot with intention.

Is coaching confidential?
Yes. This is your space to think out loud, explore challenges, and be honest without judgment.
Do you work with teams or just individuals?
I work 1:1 with founders, leaders and those of us in a season of transition (personally and professionally). I can also offer group coaching, strategy sessions, and people-focused consulting. If you’re building something with others and need stronger alignment, we can design a format that works.
